Purpose and scope

This site presents Elite TCS^® and allows customers to begin an online purchase operated by Vinci Visión S.L. Payment is processed securely through Stripe Checkout. Visitors must use the website and its content responsibly.

Intellectual and industrial property

Trademarks, copy, photography, design, structure and other content are owned by Vinci Visión S.L. or used under licence. Reproduction, distribution, alteration or commercial exploitation is prohibited without prior authorisation, except where permitted by law.

Liability and external links

Reasonable care is taken to keep information accurate and current. Vinci Visión S.L. is not liable for unavoidable interruptions, misuse of the site or third-party content. Purchase links open a separate technical environment.

Applicable law

Spanish law applies without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Disputes will be heard by the court determined under consumer law; these terms do not impose a different jurisdiction on the customer.

Controller

Vinci Visión S.L., using the contact details in the Legal notice, is the controller for processing associated with elitetcs.store, order management and after-sales support.

Data, purposes and legal grounds

• Purchases and after-sales support: orders, payments, delivery, returns, warranty and enquiries. Processing is needed to perform the contract and comply with legal obligations.
• Enquiries: responding to emails and requests. The basis is the request itself, pre-contractual steps or a legitimate interest, depending on context.
• Marketing: communications are sent only where consent or another valid legal ground exists. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
• Security and operation: preventing fraud, abuse and technical incidents based on the legitimate interest in protecting the service.

Recipients and providers

Where necessary, data may be accessed by hosting and security providers, the ecommerce platform, payment providers, financial institutions, Klarna when selected, logistics providers, professional advisers and public authorities. Each provider acts as a processor or independent controller according to its role.

Retention and international transfers

Data is retained throughout the contractual relationship and for the statutory tax, commercial, consumer and claims periods. Providers processing data outside the European Economic Area must use safeguards required by the GDPR.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction, portability or withdrawal of consent by emailing nevenivic@vincivision.es. We will request additional identity information only where reasonably necessary. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Current use on this landing page

This version of elitetcs.store does not include first-party analytics, advertising or personalisation tags. Hosting or security infrastructure may use strictly technical storage to deliver and protect the page or maintain an access session. These necessary functions are not used to build advertising profiles.

Consent

While only necessary technical functions are present, an unnecessary consent banner will not be displayed. If non-exempt analytics, advertising or similar cookies are added, they will remain disabled until the visitor chooses, with equivalent options to accept, reject or configure them.

Visitors can remove or block cookies in their browser settings. Blocking strictly technical items may prevent access or affect essential functions. Stripe Checkout maintains its own settings and policy for technologies required during secure payment.

The seller is Vinci Visión S.L. The purchase begins at elitetcs.store and is completed securely through Stripe Checkout. Before placing an order, the customer can review the product, quantity, price, taxes, shipping, address and payment method, and correct any errors. An order confirmation will be sent to the email supplied.

Product, price and availability

Essential product characteristics and directions appear on the product page. The price shown at final confirmation applies; unless stated otherwise, consumer prices include applicable taxes. Any shipping cost is shown before payment. If the product becomes unavailable after ordering, the customer will be informed and the relevant amount refunded.

Payment and Klarna

Available checkout methods are accepted. Where offered and approved by Klarna, the customer may split the amount into three monthly payments. This is deferred payment for that purchase, not an automatic product subscription. Klarna presents its own terms before confirmation.

Responsible use

Elite TCS^® is a food supplement and must be used according to its label. It does not replace a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose and keep out of reach of children. Seek professional medical advice before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or managing a medical condition.

Support and complaints

For order enquiries or complaints, email nevenivic@vincivision.es and include the order number. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer guarantees or rights.

Delivery

Shipping is included in the price for enabled destinations. Available countries and delivery details are confirmed at checkout before payment based on the address entered. If a material delay occurs or delivery cannot be completed, customer support will contact the customer.

Right of withdrawal

Unless a statutory exception applies, consumers may withdraw within 14 calendar days of receiving the order without giving a reason. Email nevenivic@vincivision.es with your name, order number, product and an unequivocal withdrawal statement.

For health and hygiene reasons, a sealed food supplement cannot be returned once unsealed after delivery. A return must be unused, complete and suitably protected. Ask customer support for instructions and the return address before sending it.

Costs and refunds

For ordinary withdrawal, the customer bears the direct return cost when informed accordingly. Vinci Visión S.L. will provide the appropriate remedy and bear applicable costs for a defective, damaged or incorrect product. Refunds use the original payment method within the statutory period and may be withheld until the goods or proof of return are received.

Delivery issues

If a package arrives visibly damaged or contains the wrong item, contact support as soon as possible and include photographs of the packaging, label and product. This request does not reduce statutory rights.
